Escape Bros is run by Mitchell Tremain, ABN 22 775 662 561. This page explains what we do with the information you send us. It is written in plain English because there is no reason for it not to be.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about the trip you are planning. That is it. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect payment details through this website.

Like most websites we also use Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they look at. It does not tell us who you are.

What we do with it

We use it to put together a quote and get back to you. That is the only reason we ask for it.

To organise a trip we sometimes need to pass details to the venues, accommodation providers and operators involved, for example a name list for a booking. We only share what is needed to make the booking happen.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone
• We do not add you to a mailing list without asking
• We do not share your enquiry with anyone who is not involved in organising your trip

How it is stored

Enquiries come through a form service called Formspree and land in our business email, which runs on Google Workspace. Both are reputable providers with their own security in place. We keep enquiries so we have a record of what was organised, and we delete them on request.

Your call

You can ask us at any time what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@escapebros.com.au and we will sort it out.

Changes

If this page changes we will update the date at the top. Nothing here affects your rights under Australian privacy law.
